As we begin our trek through the Easter season and start another time of lockdown in our communities, we pray and reflect on the meaning of community that God inspires in the Easter event. Identifying with the disciples locked up in the upper room, we are comforted and changed with Christ’s risen presence.
This Sunday is also known as Holy Humour Sunday, in which we celebrate Jesus getting the final laugh over death and evil. It’s also a day where technology plays tricks on our minister for a laugh. Partway through the service, some of the screen goes blurry. We apologize for these technical difficulties.
