Members and friends from both the Blyth and Brussels congregations are invited to a time of crafts and fellowship. In the midst of Thanksgiving meal prep and for what promises to be a beautiful weekend, we are offering crafts for the young and young at heart, and an opportunity for people to safely gather outdoors.
This event will take place this Saturday (Oct. 10th) from 1-3:30 p.m. on the lawn of the Brussels church. Contact info tracing, sanitizing, and mask-wearing when physical distancing is not possible will be enforced. Due to the increased risk, there will not be singing at this event. Conversation is encouraged to be done with appropriate physical distancing.
We are limited to 25 people at a time in an outdoor gathering, and it is likely a busy weekend for many, so this is encouraged to be a drop-by time of fellowship. You are not required to stay for the full time. If things seem a bit crowded, please consider coming back at a later time. You might consider reaching out to Alex at minister.brusselsandblythuc@gmail.com or by phone at 705-344-3385 if you are planning on coming as a family, to ensure there are enough craft materials and space available.
There will be a couple of craft tables and story-telling available for kids and adults who want to express their thankfulness and praise to God! This is also a chance to get to know our new minister a bit more. We look forward to seeing you there!
